Are you a Kankakee-based art or food vendor who wants to participate at this year's Kankakee Estival Festival? Please fill out the application below. 

Art /Business Vendor Fee (no electricity) - $40

Art /Business Vendor Fee (with electricity) - $50

Food Vendor Fee- $125

• Acceptance is not guaranteed.

• Organizers will review your application as well as goods being sold and determine which vendors are the best fit for the Kankakee Estival Festival.

• All vendor booths are outdoors.

• Vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs and canopy (if desired)

• Payment will be requested after acceptance. NO REFUNDS

• Setup time 10am-12pm, September 29th, 2026

• Health Dept. Permit is a MUST for Food Vendors

• Event runs from 12pm - 10pm, Saturday September 19th, 2026
